RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase and gladly accept returns of unused products within 30 days of purchase.

Contact us for the return mailing address, and simply ship the product back to us.  As soon as we receive it, we will refund you the purchase price of the product. 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.  We will ship your order within 1-3 business days.  Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

The speed of delivery and whether your order includes tracking depends on the shipping method that you choose at checkout.
